Speaking semantically

Well, I’ve done a another WordCamp talk, this time from home.

WordCamp Spain 2020 was the first Spanish-speaking event to be held in an online format. And, in addition to collaborating with the organisation’s team in design tasks, I signed up to give a little talk since, it seems, that online mode is better for nerves.

On this occasion I decided to talk about web semantics and why it is important to take care about the format of text contents we publish on the web.

A review of the most common html tags, discussing how they should and shouldn’t be used. A few style and formatting reminders and some comments on how to use bold, italics, capital letters, etc.
